I’ve been needing to do something with my hair….for over a year now. I’m paranoid about using products on my hair during pregnancy so for the past year and a half I have not colored my hair. Super boring right!? I originally had an appointment at my local Aveda salon to have my hair colored. It was going to cost me $110 just for the color. So I decided I’d give it a try. I started online (which you can do HERE). They walk you though some questions to help you choose a color that is good for your skin tone and current color on your hair. I chose Palermo Black (3NVV). It arrived within a few days and this morning I applied the color. It took about an hour but it had a great guide and everything you need. See..here’s the inside of the box: (hair color, 2 paris of gloves, cream to apply to your forehead to avoid stains, a clean up towel for mistakes, shampoo, conditioner and a cap) Oh, and did I mention everything in the box is 100% Recyclable? Talk about eco friendly hair coloring! I love that.
