April Stitch Fix + $20 Giveaway : Mother’s Day Inspirations

My spring fix arrived!  Right in time for some nice weather here in Colorado.  Last week we had a blizzard with 2 feet of snow.  Yes in April!  Crazy right.  This is what happens when you leave your car outside and it snows 2 feet!  My car looks like a magical snow unicorn!

Here’s a close up of the lacy area on the top!  It is so cute on…I just didn’t think I’d have anywhere to wear it.  Now I’m regretting my choice! ugh.  I should’ve kept this one too!

Note to self, don’t wear a dark bra under the shirt! It’s a little see though 🙁

I liked how versatile this top was and it is something I could wear to work.  That’s always a bonus.  I had to take these pictures on automatic and my little guy got in the picture.  Too bad it cut off his cute little face!!

Here’s the Stitch Fix gist if you’re new to Stitch Fix:

  • It’s a monthly box, with 5 fashion items (clothes/jewelry/accessories/shoes) that are handpicked by stylists. The box is delivered each month (on a day you choose).
  • It’s $20 a month for your styling fee, which will be deducted from any item you wan to keep!
  • No time to shop or keep up with the latest fashions? No problem…Stitch fix will pick out clothes and ship them to your house!
  • It’s a mom’s dream really. My problem is I LOVE shopping, but in-store shopping has lost its luster because bringing two little kids shopping is more stressful than anything. Which is why Stitch fix is a great fit for me!
  • Choose the items you want to keep and send the rest back.  Or, keep the whole box and get 25% off the whole box in a pre-paid envelope.

My mom lives in Florida and loves flamingos. I’m getting her a flamingo cookie jar to take with her when she does open houses since she said recently she wants to do a flamingo theme for her open houses (realtor). It was less than $7 at Cost Plus World Market – score!

I’ve done StitchFix myself awhile ago but didn’t have much luck. After seeing the super cute stuff you got I think I need to try again – I’d keep all those tops!

Did they send you they anise halter top in a standard length or petite? I got it in the petite length (but it was a tad too short :() so I requested it in the same size in the standard length. Hoping I’m able to get one in the future! Thanks for sharing!

    • Organic Deal Diva May 5, 2016 at 10:43 am

It was standard. Petite’s are so hit or miss with me since I’m chesty but short! It’s the worst combo ever! lol 🙂
