“On-the-go” is the story of my life nowadays. Working full-time with three kids under the age of six is no joke my friends. Between running around in the morning to get everyone out the door, then multiple drop-offs at daycare, preschool, elementary school and my work- it’s a busy morning to say the least. When you’re on the go so much, you begin to master a few tricks to help keep you sane! Those tricks include always having a water bottle with you, having great music for your daily run around, and keeping healthy yummy snacks with you at all times!

Healthy snacking on the go is how I keep myself full throughout the day to resist eating junk food!
