I recently jumped on the Oil Train, meaning I joined Young Living Oils as I’m now addicted enjoying the fresh aromas of essential oils and aromatherapy. I’m not going to lie, when I first heard about them I was skeptical. I then received some samples to try out a few of the popular ones, like Lemon and Thieves, and I was sold! First the lemon is a great cleaner, so I tried it in my kitchen and the fresh lemon smell was all I needed to smell before I was ready to sign up. Then the next day I woke up with a headache. I never have headaches, so I knew I was fighting something. I tried water, caffeine, ( I know bad, but it’s known to help) ibuprofen, rest – nothing was helping. So I remembered I had the Thieves essential oil and I read how you can put some on the roof of your mouth to help with a headache. So I did….no joke ten minutes late my headache was gone. So far I’ve used it as a carrier oil and I’ve tricked my husband into trying it out as a massage oil. Hey it worked, and let me tell you it was great!
