Feel Healthier & Have More Confidence This Summer


As summer approaches, you’re probably thinking it’s time to “shed some weight” or “tone up!”.  The winter can wreck havoc on our bodies…I blame it ALL on the winter and cookies! 🙂  Whatever it is you’re looking to change about yourself theres a few things to keep in mind.  We forget that our bodies tell the stories of our lives. Scars and marks tell stories of past experiences.  If you have kids, that soft belly grew a human!  That is amazing…and I’ll take my stretch marks and soft tummy any day!  

 Women especially can be easily conditioned and swayed by society and the media. The images they portray are often only very loosely linked to reality. Some pictures are so touched up and photoshopped that you would barely recognise the original image. No wonder we as women feel so under pressure all the time. Nowadays, men are having more and more of the same experiences.  What do you do?!

affirmations are so useful. Your body is conditioned into thinking you’re feeling positive, even when you are not, and in effect change the way you feel! I’m of the mindset if you will the universe with positive energy, you’ll in turn receive positive outcomes!  Positivity is the key!

You’ll benefit from healthy, clear skin, and a rockin’ GI tract!  You’ll skin will look younger, your body will be hydrated!!  If you wait until you’re feeling thirsty to grab a bottle of water. Your body is already dehydrated. It takes a couple of hours for your body to absorb water properly, so make sure you’re sipping all day long. Being dehydrated is one of the main causes of fatigue, so making sure you have enough H2O will help you stay alert, too!
